Hermana Studio Appointment Policy
At Hermana Studio, we strive to provide exceptional aesthetic services to all our clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and optimal utilization of our resources, we have implemented the following appointment policy:
Appointment Confirmation:
Clients are encouraged to confirm their appointment no more than 3 days before the scheduled time.
Confirmation can be done through the confirmation text message sent by Hermana Studio.
Rescheduling or Cancellation:
Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointments via the confirmation text message.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, clients must contact Hermana Studio via message or phone call.
Missed Appointments:
In the event of a missed appointment without any notification, the initial appointment can be rescheduled.
Upon a second missed appointment with no notice, a fee will be charged via invoice.
The invoice must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
Three Consecutive Missed Appointments:
Three consecutive missed appointments refer to instances where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without any prior notification.
If a client misses three consecutive appointments without any notification Hermana Studio reserves the right to restrict future appointments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
